Joel is a declaration of war...A description of the army of God! When there is a declaration of war civilians will retreat to their homes, but those that have enlisted will begin to carry their weapons at all times; their power is made visible. Immediately there is a focus on detail and training. The ear of the learned listens for the sound of the alarm. An army knows that it must stand ready. Joel describes the army of the Lord made ready. "Your young men shall have visions, strategies, and they will come forth to join the cause because their hearts begin to beat with the sound of battle. Old warriors have dreams, battle memories, and will lay down their lives, reenlist, and yearn to experience past victories all over again. The language of your servants shall be to declare, decree, and prophesy. My Spirit shall be poured out on all men."  Take heart. No recruit looks or thinks like a true warrior until the Master Sergeant has had a season to break him down, so that He can build that recruit up again; to know who he is and become what was hidden within him. True courage is only revealed in the face of the enemy when the call is, "No greater love has any man than to lay down his life for another." Their banner shall be, "To live is Christ, to die is gain!" It is time to sound the alarm!  The Lord reminded me at the beginning of the year that He had instructed me to get a sword. Not a decoration for my office, but as a declaration of my calling. He said, "The time of comfort has transitioned into a time of counsel; bringing forth declarations. Nothing in your office is a decoration. Everything is a declaration of who I AM in you. Tell My People that nothing in their lives should be a decoration...I don't want frou-frou in their lives, in their homes, in their offices, or in their ministry. I want declarations of who I AM in them and who they are in Christ." It is time to lift up the Sword of the Lord and declare, "The battle is Mine says the Lord and My army is ready! Sound the alarm!"

I AM the God who breaks the backwater of cities, states, and nations. I break the dams of indifference that keep the life-blood of a people from flowing and prevents them from securing the Destiny I purposed for them. I AM the God who dries up the cesspools of stagnant water that are breeding grounds for all things that infect a society; environments of polluted thinking, disease, and death. Today I AM pouring out the new wine of My Spirit upon those places. I AM releasing virtue which brings wholeness and life in this new wine season. The torrent of My Spirit shall be a magnificent, vibrant wave of My Living Water. It shall fill up and sustain and bring forth life. Just as the natural waters of a river cascade over the edge of a fall and gain momentum and produce the energy to sustain a land and a people, so shall My Living Water, the new wine of My Spirit, cascade forth with awesome power and energize My people in all the nations of the earth. No longer shall you be held back. No longer shall you be stagnant. Now you shall go forth with miraculous power and live abundant life.

What began in the spring of last year in the natural is now springing forth in the spiritual realm. The storms that came from the east are now storms of the Holy Spirit that are springing forth out of the south and moving throughout the land. The Word of the Lord out of the west is now manifesting, as the Spirit of Elijah repairs the generations and sons and daughters are being restored to the fathers and mothers. The sound of these supernatural storms is bringing together a nation and the effect will be a strong point of convergence in the midst of the land. What has been hindered and held back shall now be released as God's people begin to hunger and thrist after Him. The pressing in toward His affection and intimacy is about to unleash a great outpouring of His love. The oil of His anointing is being pressed out in great quantities.This is the season of pursuing His more excellent way. May 25, 2008 - The east is the place of beginnings, it is ancient and eternal, it is the place of the rising sun and the coming Risen Son. The west is the place of endings, the place where the generations find a watery (spiritual) reflection in one another, as the sun sets upon the landscape of time its reflection brings light into the darkness. Great colors shall begin to come forth out of the north, for the north is the place of God's dwelling, the place of great splendor. A voice is yet to rise up out of the south; the south is on the right side of east, it holds the chambers of rain and the whirlwind. This voice shall rise up with great strength and become an instrument of cleansing and divine power. From every direction God shall begin to announce his coming Glory.

God's clock of created time is now changing. The pendulum is no longer marking segments of time. It is now moving as a plumbline upon the earth. It is marking the direction God has assigned for each of us to go. In that assignment He is now marking points of convergence, where His will out of Heaven will be established on Earth. God's plumbline of faithfulness is now upon the land, no longer marking time, but marking the direction of your seed. The release of His promise is hidden in the seed He has given you. He has marked it as 514 to signify the birth of His promised nation and of His faithful servant, Blackie Gonzales.

I had been a conference at Bethal Church, in Redding, CA. I couldn't stay awake, really couldn't sleep either, I was restless, I was in a mental fog and couldn't get my mind clear. Everything had changed around me. I was in a place of great splendor and adornment, the leaders were in shining blue robes, a choir was seated high above everyone else and the people were seated in a steep, amphitheater type structure. Pastor and Prophet Kris Vallotton was in the center of the gathering speaking about all that had been accomplished, while on drama stages different scenes were being played out. I was on the opposite side of the arena from my wife Monica and in order to get to her, without drawing attention to myself, I had to descend step stairs, cut across the floor, ascend back up, and then cross an upper walkway. As I walked across I noticed Kris had finished speaking and was trying to get away from a group of small boys who were obviously annoying him. Several leaders began to point to a table and another young man became very upset and agitated by the food that was placed there. It appeared to be plates of spaghetti, but the young man was yelling, "What does it mean, what does it mean? That represents three leaders, but what does it mean? It looks like one has bloody, rotten teeth." I was standing nearby and overheard Kris say it's "Vaticious". That word stayed with me when I woke up, as did the image of the bloody teeth. The closest I could come to such a word was "vaticination" which means the act of prophesying; a prediction or prophesy. As I researched the meaning of the dream I discovered the bloody teeth meant the leader had no authority to enforce; no power, no wisdom. His authority had rotted out at the root; there was nothing left to hold his teeth in place. A leader with no teeth has lost his authority to enforce or lead; he has no ability to make good decisions. Within just a few months the reality of this dream sadly unfolded in our own church body.

This generation is not divided as man would separate out. This is a generation of the fullness of time. The knee highs are the voice of innocence. The children are the voice of laughter and joy. The youth are the voice of zeal. The young adults are the voice of passion. The adults are the voice of present truth understanding. The silver hairs are the voice of wisdom that only comes with the eldership of experience and time. Each part of this present generation from knee highs to silver hairs are living in the revelation of who they are in Christ. Now is the time for the sound of the pleroo generation to come forth. It is the sound of the Ancient of Days. It thunders out of the heavens and shakes the earth to its core. It is a turbulent sound that causes the waters to be stirred. Rippling across the surface, their sound suddenly plunges deep into the depths of His Spirit. It cascades across the land, crests to a tumultuous crescendo, and saturates the people of God so that they can never be silent again about their God. Let the revelator come forth. Who is there among you who will sound the alarm?

"Lift of your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O ancient doors! That the King of Glory may come in. Who is this King of Glory? The Lord, strong and mighty, the Lord, mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O ancient doors! That the King of Glory may come in. Who is this King of Glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of Glory!" (Ps 24:7-10) - The Lord is looking for Debras who will prophesy and declare the victory of the Lord in this land; those who move with the princes of Issachar. Those with great resolve of heart. He is seeking Esthers who recognize such a time as this, a time of decision. They chose not to remain silent and are able to say, "If I perish I perish." The Lord is desiring Ruths. Those willing to covenant and follow after. In doing so they will find favor in the eyes of the Redeemer. The Lord longs for Marys, who in faith declare, "May it be done to me according to Your Word." Rise up Daniels, Hananiahs, Mishaels, and Azariahs. Stand in the face of persecution, bowing only to the God of heaven. Come forth Davids. Hear the call of the Lord. Proclaim it! "Is there not a cause worth fighting for?" Now, run into battle! Come along side, Aarons and Uhrs. Recognize the need to support God's leaders in the midst of a battle. Be ready Joshuas and Calebs. Listen, you who know how to stay in place and listen just in case. Make ready generation of promise to cross over and possess the land of your inheritance.

This is the year of completion of the order of My didomi (set in place gifts). Those set with the strength of My Hand will unfold into maturity and release the generations to serve. This is the beginning of a season of reunion between the generations. Sons and daughters will be restored to the emerging fathers and mothers. It will be a year of intimacy and embrace between the generations. Two storms have formed in the natural upon this nation. Earnest has moved in from the south and up the eastern seaboard. Earnest is the Holy Spirit of God. At the same time a storm named John has hit the nation from the west. John is the spirit of Elijah. Both these storms in the natural are a foreshadowing of what will come in the spiritual realm. As the winds of Elijah continue to blow in from the west and the winds of the Spirit move out from the east, a tremendous convergence will take place in the midst of this nation. What was perceived as great wealth, knowledge, and strength by the world; what was misconstrued as being the power base of this nation will be shaken out, for the favor and glory of the LORD shall come upon My people and change the atmosphere of this land. The true prosperity, wisdom and might of God’s sovereign Word will once again set the foundation of this nation in alignment with Me. The plumb line of My Word will draw out the blueprint of direction for this nation. That which cannot be shaken shall prevail. Righteousness and justice shall be recognized as the foundation of My Throne and My Kingdom shall be declared throughout the land once again in this ten fold generation of time.  What began as a ripple effect will now swell and gain momentum, as great waves of Glory sweep across the surface of this land and the “oil of My Spirit” saturates the soil and the depth of my presence covers the very mountain tops.

Men and women of obscurity; hidden in humility, born out of service, tested in perseverance, and clothed with a mantle of “agape” will suddenly arise. Truth, purity and righteousness will explode with an amplified force~A heavenly volume.

It is, I AM , an alarm and a call to assemble.The sound will be deafening to the ears of man, but it will be an awakening to the ears of the learned: Those who recognize My Voice will thunder back with the sound of praise and the voice of triumph.

Judah will be released into the land. The sons and daughters of Israel will sing again and the people will be assembled. Issachar and the elders will sit in meeting at the gates and Ephraim will be gathered back in. Such shall be the “sound” that I release among My people in this year.
